Leonard Fournette to the Bears

The Chicago Bears and Leonard Fournette have been connected in joining forces over the last several days, but today head coach Matt Nagy told reporters that he's comfortable with his current group of running backs.

The Jaguars waved Fournette earlier this week after declining his 5th year option earlier this off season. While on waivers, every team in the NFL passed on picked on Fourenette and his contract. Fournette was going to earn $4.3 million this season, but the price tag seems to be too high. Leonard is now a free agent.

Fournette had a career high 1,674 yards last season, but it was clear that Jay Gruden wasn't a fan of his work ethic. The two butted heads all last season.
